These welding machines are next-generation ultrasonic stationary welding machines with an operating frequency of 20 and 30 kHz. They are intended for welding thermoplastic components as well as for riveting and edge bending. The welding process is performed in a semi-automatic mode. The welding machine is operated by placing a previously prepared semi-finished product in an ultrasonic anvil socket, starting up the welding process and removing a welded product upon completion of the process. SONIC BLASTER plus ultrasonic generator is integrated with a touch panel inside the welding machine’s enclosure.

This is a rotary welding unit for installation in process lines. The unit is equipped with a pneumatic device (sonotrode) drop and pressure system for materials being welded and a servo drive. It has been designed for 20 kHz applications.
